Spot Color Business Envelopes (Envelopes and Letterhead)

Spot Color Envelopes allow for printing in 1 or 2 spot colors and come in three paper options: 24lb White Wove, 70lb Offset, and Classic Crest Avon Brilliant White. Black Ink Envelopes are printed with black ink only and are available exclusively on 24lb White Wove paper.

Yes, Spot Color Envelopes can be printed with or without a window—except for Classic Crest, which is available as non-window only.

#10 envelopes are the most popular business size, designed to fit a standard 8.5” x 11” sheet folded into thirds. They’re commonly used for letters, invoices, and statements. Finished size: 9½” x 4⅛”.

#9 envelopes are typically used for reply mail, such as returning checks, forms, or payments. They’re designed to fit inside a #10 envelope. Finished size: 8⅞” x 3⅞”.

Spot color printing uses specific, pre-mixed inks (like Pantone® colors) instead of full-color CMYK. This method ensures precise, consistent color—perfect for logos, branding, or official stationery.

The easiest way is to upload a design file that already includes your chosen spot colors.
