I've worked with this company for three zines now, over a course of 2 1/2 years. I love calling and having people answer (not a robot or a directory) as well as a very fast email turnaround time. I feel taken care of and love the customer service here. The issues always turn out amazing; great color and paper quality with a manageable budget. Tyler and Maggie at PrintDirtCheap are rockstars! They had a problem with the print material I provided, but they worked with me to get the split PDFs which worked fine for their printer. They printed those very well and shipped it ASAP. Cannot ask for more.
