Returns, Refunds & Reprints Policy

At Print Dirt Cheap, every order is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we don’t accept returns for “change of mind.” However, we stand behind the quality of our printing and want you to feel confident ordering with us. If something goes wrong, here’s how we handle it.


First-Time Customer Guarantee

Trying us for the first time? We offer a courtesy reprint or refund up to $100 for any first-time customer if you’re not satisfied.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe there’s a problem with your order:

  • File a support ticket within 10 business days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
  • We may request that you return part or all of the product (or a sample) for inspection before we approve a remedy.

What We Cover

If we determine the issue is due to our error, we will reprint at no cost or refund the printing cost (excluding shipping and design fees):

  • Printing defects (e.g., smudges, streaks, banding)
  • Wrong stock, finish, or options used
  • Wrong quantity shipped
  • Misalignment or trimming errors beyond standard tolerances

What We Don’t Cover

  • Typos, grammar, layout, or design errors in customer-supplied files
  • Low-resolution or pixelated images provided by the customer
  • Color variation within standard industry tolerances
  • Delays caused by file issues, proof approval delays, or shipping carriers
  • Orders refused at delivery or shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be canceled or changed before they enter production.
  • Once printing begins, cancellations or changes may be declined or subject to a fee for materials and labor already used.
  • Large custom jobs may require a cancellation fee even before production if materials have been purchased.

Refunds & Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 2-3 business days; your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit.
  • Unless the error is ours, refunds apply to printing costs only (shipping and design fees are non-refundable).
