200 addresses on your mail list is the minimum required by USPS. If your list does not contain the required amount, add more or you can duplicate some addresses until you have the required amount.
USPS requires at least 4 inches wide and 2.5 inches tall in the bottom right corner for the address and/or barcodes to read correctly.
The list should be in spreadsheet format like Excel or Numbers. Each field should be broken into separate columns for example: NAME, ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP.
Standard Mail, also known as Marketing Mail, typically takes 2 to 10 business days (excluding Sundays and postal holidays) from the date it's delivered to the post office.
