No, only the front of the top (white) sheet is printed in color. If your design is double-sided, the back of the top sheet will be printed in black ink only. All remaining sheets in the set—such as the canary, pink, or goldenrod copies—are printed in black ink on both sides, regardless of your top sheet’s design.
The quantity refers to the number of individual forms, not pages or books. For example, if you select a 2-part NCR form with a quantity of 25, you’ll receive 25 multi-part forms—each with 2 sheets (50 total pages). If you choose “Wrapped in a Book” as the finishing option, those 25 forms will be bound together into one single book.
When you choose “Wrapped in a Book,” your NCR forms are bound into compact booklets with a durable wrap-around manila cover and a fold-over flap for easy writing. Each booklet typically includes 25–50 forms, depending on the number of parts per form. The total number of booklets in your order is based on your selected quantity and form style. No matter the setup, your forms will be professionally bound and easy to use wherever you need them.
NCR (No Carbon Required) forms are designed to create instant copies without the need for carbon paper. When you write on the top sheet, the pressure transfers your writing onto the sheets below. This works through a special coating on the paper that reacts to the pressure of your pen, creating a clean copy on each layer.
NCR forms can be bound in a few different ways depending on how you plan to use them.
- Loose sets (glued on the short edge): Ideal for vertical layouts, like notepad-style forms. Each set is glued at the top and separates easily.
- Loose sets (glued on the long edge): Great for horizontal designs, these sets are glued along the long side for a landscape-style orientation.
- Wrapped in books (wrap-around manila cover): Multiple sets are bound together in a manila cover with a fold-over flap, making it easy to fill out forms on the go and keep everything organized.
