Printed Proofs Made Easy
If you'd like to see a physical sample of your artwork before we print your entire order, choose one of our printed proof options. Printed proofs are ideal for reviewing overall layout, sizing, placement, and general appearance before your job moves into full production.
- Printed Proof – Printed on 100 lb Gloss Text with crop marks and bleed, regardless of the paper stock selected for your final order. Ideal for reviewing layout and content.
- Mock-Up – A one-off production sample printed on the actual paper stock whenever available, then trimmed, folded, stitched, or otherwise finished to closely represent your completed product. Mock-Ups are not available for every product.
- Your order will remain on hold until your printed proof or mock-up has been reviewed and approved.
- Production of your full order will not begin until approval is received.
- Delays in approving your proof may delay your turnaround time and shipment.
- Shipping speed applies only to delivery of the proof itself and does not include production of your final order.
Every order is professionally preflighted before printing, whether or not you order a printed proof. If we find a technical issue that would prevent your file from printing properly, we'll contact you before production begins.
Printed proofs are recommended only if you'd like the added confidence of reviewing a physical sample before we produce your complete order.
