Review Your Artwork Before We Print
Want to review your artwork before production begins? Select Free File Check & PDF Proof and our production team will review your file for print readiness and email you a PDF proof for approval before your order moves into production.
- PDF proofs are typically emailed within 4–6 business hours.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time will generally receive their proof the following business day.
- Your order will remain on hold until your proof has been approved.
- Production and turnaround time begin only after proof approval is received. Delays in approval may delay your shipment.
Every order is professionally preflighted before printing, whether you select this option or not. If we find a technical issue that would prevent your file from printing properly, we'll contact you before production.
If you're comfortable with us printing your order as soon as your files are approved for production, there's no need to select this option. Choose Free File Check & PDF Proof only if you'd like the opportunity to review and approve a digital proof before we print.
